Q: Can you ship your products out of Singapore?
A: We have partnerships established in various countries across South East Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and New Zealand. For more detailed information and inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@lillidale.sg. We're here to assist you further.
Q: Do I have to pay customs tax?
A: Lillidale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your order is delivered within Singapore, you will not be liable for customs tax.
Q: When will you process my order?
A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Q: When can I expect my parcel to arrive?
A: 3 to 5 working days
Q: What if my product is lost during shipping?

Q: I've just made my order! But I keyed in the wrong delivery address.
A: Don’t worry. Just drop us an email at support@lillidale.sg with your correct delivery address, and we will change it for you.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
A: For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the delivery address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.
