Shipping & Delivery

As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Lillidale. By placing an order on our website or purchasing during an event in which Lillidale participates, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Lillidale’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 3 - 5 working days.
Missing Parcel
In case of any problems with your delivery, Lillidale will be in direct contact with the delivery company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as minor inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
Domestic Delivery Coverage
We cover Singapore islandwide except for a few restricted areas and P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Timeline
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item is out on delivery, you will receive a Delivery Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
Delivery Fee
For orders $49 and below, the delivery will cost $3.95. For any orders above $50, the delivery will be free.
International Shipping
We provide international shipping for some products if there are no distributors in that country. Please email us at support@lillidale.sg to enquire about the shipping fee and timeline.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lillidale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing or Lost Delivery
If you have not received your order for more than a week for domestic delivery or more than a month for international shipping, please email us, and we can help track down your order.
